Orchid bark

Give your orchids the perfect new home with our specially developed orchid bark. This airy bark blends seamlessly with orchids' natural growth habits and prevents root rot thanks to its excellent drainage. Ideal for repotting: carefully remove the plant from its pot, remove any rotten roots, give it a bath in lukewarm water, and place it in a new pot with fresh bark. The 1000 ml container is more than enough for one or more plants.

Instructions for use :

1. Carefully remove the orchid from the plastic pot.

2. If necessary, rinse the roots and remove any rotten or damaged root parts.

3. Briefly immerse the roots in lukewarm water to allow them to soak up the water and make the transition easier to handle.

4. Place the orchid in a suitable new pot, preferably transparent so that the roots get light.

5. Fill the space around the roots with the orchid bark and press it down gently – firmly, but without damaging the roots.

6. Immediately give a little water to allow the substrate to settle properly.

Tip : Repot your orchid about every two years, preferably after flowering, to prevent root rot and keep the plant healthy.
